Happy Sunday!
It’s another beautiful day here in Central Ontario. I’m getting back into my walking habit starting this morning… it’s been pretty hit or miss over the past couple of weeks due to weather, appointments, and just having too much to do!
But I’ve made a few decisions over the weekend and am making some big changes in my life and in my business going forward.
I pay a lot of attention to things I perceive as signs from the Universe, and I got one this morning with this quote that showed up on my Momentum Dashboard:
“Listen to your instinct, grab the opportunity when it presents itself and then give it your all.” ~ Helen Mirren
And that brought me to the realization, along with some help from a couple of good friends, that I have been trying to walk two paths at once, and it just doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to move forward with my new direction and the new membership, while at the same time still holding on to the old business model too. And I just can’t do it.
It doesn’t work. No one gets the best of me when I’m half here and half there, and I’m giving myself heart problems again from the stress of trying to keep up. I love you, but I’m not willing to give myself another heart attack trying to please you.
I know in my heart that I can serve you best with this new direction I’ve chosen, and so I’m going all in on that. My focus has to be on the membership and giving my all to that, and not on making sure I find and promote everyone else’s products.
Don’t get me wrong, here. I love affiliate marketing and sharing all the goodies with you, but it’s time for me to put myself first and focus on sharing what I have to offer you and building my business and I’ve never had the confidence to really do that.
It starts now.
