Happy Saturday!

Just got back from playing golf with Shaun and the girlfriend. I thought we were going tomorrow, but it was good we went this morning because I needed him to come over anyways and fix my living room window after it got messed up by the police earlier this morning.

So yeah, it’s been a bit of an exciting/scary morning here. I woke up this morning to find a homeless person sleeping on the roof of the business downstairs, right outside my windows. That was before 6 a.m. and by 8:30 he still hadn’t left… he was making himself right at home and showed no signs of leaving so I called the police.

I was actually surprised that they came as quickly as they did, and they were finally able to get him gone… like as soon as the one officer called in his name and info, and the list of warrants came back he sure found a way to get down quickly. So, thankfully he’s gone now, and they told me if I see anyone else up here to give them a call.

But it makes me pretty nervous to know there might be someone out there. Especially when I tend to get up in the middle of the night when I can’t sleep and get work done.

So, that was my excitement for this morning. It was good to get out of the house and away from here for a bit. We got our golfing all in before the rain, and we still haven’t seen the storms they were predicting. Which doesn’t bother me one little bit!

Etsy Seller’s Spreadsheet from Jan at Simple Happiness. It is available and on sale for only $17 through Thursday, July 20. (No coupon required). Marian’s AI for the Terrified Course. She generously gave me a review copy and I spent most of the morning going through the course. Being fairly new myself to using ChatGPT, I’ve already picked up a few tips that I wouldn’t have thought of. And I love that she’s combined several PDFs with information that you can easily refer back to, along with her signature “bite-sized” videos with examples of how to do things.

I’m planning to use a lot of the suggestions he makes to streamline my own business, plus set up a services side hustle as well.

That’s it for me today. I’m going to grab a quick dinner and see if I can’t get something done this evening. My day really got derailed with the drama this morning, and I’d really like to finish on a good note tonight!
