Happy Wednesday!
So, I’ve been on a good streak of daily newsletters the past week… and last night I blew it. I had a deadline to get something done yesterday and by the time I got that done and realized what time it was, it was 8 p.m. and I hadn’t even stopped for dinner!
Oh well, streaks are made to be broken, and we’ll just start over today!
So, how’s your week going?
I have to admit, I’m still feeling a bit out of sorts after closing the shop at the end of May. I keep telling myself to get over it and get on with the new projects, and I am transparent enough to tell you it’s been a bit of a struggle. I’ve pivoted before, but always stayed in the same general area of product creation. As a good friend pointed out to me when I was whining a bit, this isn’t just a pivot… it’s a lifestyle change! And one of the things I’ve been feeling over the past two weeks is that I’m right back where I started 26 years ago. Albeit with 26 years of experience, so there is that.
I did set some targets on the weekend (and yes, I’m well aware it’s already Wednesday!) so I do have things to accomplish and the first one on the list is to get the new website finally finished! That’s my goal for today, mostly because I promised the people in my mastermind they will be able to see it tomorrow!
